International Festival ‘ART Therapy. Healing and Resource’
On 11 October 2025, the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management (IAPM) hosted the 6th International Festival ‘ART Therapy. Healing and Resource,’ in which I also took part.
Festival participants attended master classes given by prominent psychologists, psychotherapists, coaches, and art therapists.
The aim of the VI International Festival ‘ART Therapy. Healing and Resource’ was to integrate scientific approaches and practical developments in the field of psychological assistance to military personnel, veterans, children, adolescents and the civilian population of Ukraine.
The ART Festival was positioned as an interdisciplinary platform that combines scientific research, practical methods, and innovative art therapy interventions.
The event was aimed at sharing practical experience in working with military personnel, veterans and the civilian population of Ukraine. ART Festival is an important platform for discussing topical issues of psychological support and social interaction, as well as promoting the professional development of specialists in the helping professions.
Particular emphasis was placed on the issue of working with children and adolescents who have suffered psychological trauma and need targeted assistance and resource support in the current military conditions.
During the festival, participants had the opportunity to:
- learn about scientifically based art therapy techniques and their effectiveness;
- attend resource-based master classes led by leading national and foreign psychologists and trainers;
- acquire tools for practical work with military personnel, veterans, children and adolescents;
- replenish their own resources and expand their knowledge for further professional activity.
ECTS certificates were issued based on the results of participation in the Festival.
The Festival is aimed at psychologists, coaches, teachers, students, volunteers, military personnel, veterans and their families, civil servants, heads of institutions, as well as anyone interested in developing professional and personal competencies in the field of psychological support and restoration of inner potential.
The event was held with the support of the International Association of Psychologists and Expert Trainers, the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management (MAUP), and Natalya Sablina’s Training Centre.
The result of my participation in the festival was a painting I created using a technique new to me, coffee painting (I painted it in 40 minutes at one of the festival’s master classes)
