The idea and aim of the mural in Warsaw, in my opinion, is to turn people’s attention to the difficult and sometimes heroic role of doctors in the fight for human lives — most people only see and appreciate this when they are confronted with an illness, get sick themselves or their loved ones fall ill.

I spent New Year’s Eve 2021 in the United States of America, in New York. I was very impressed by the masked Nutcrackers guarding the Christmas tree in Manhattan. All the powers of the world who have come up with this huge lie, in a flash, stand united in the ‘fight’ against the big pandemic to scare people even more. New anti-human insane ‘rules’ were invented, and tried to force the whole world to follow them. The entire media, government and law enforcement agencies were brought in to convince the majority of the ‘truth’ of this lie. In many countries, people have been forced to vaccinate by blackmail (dismissal from their jobs), by violent methods (forcing students to vaccinate in a stadium in Australia), and of course by intimidation, fear-mongering and hysteria. Specialists who spoke out against this madness were severely silenced. Propaganda was poured on people in a huge stream. My childhood heroes are not an exception — and probably not only my childhood heroes — the Nutcrackers. They are called to set an example of observance of quarantine norms and rules, hiding their faces from society behind medical masks. The terrible consequences of this vaccination adventure will be felt by the people for many years to come.

The imposition of eras and architectural styles. Probably, there are few cities in the world where buildings built over three centuries are located on such a small area.
Historical center of Kiev. The Holy Vvedensky Monastery (Russian Orthodox Church) was founded at the end of the 19th century. It is famous for the miraculous icon of the Mother of God “Look at humility”. In August 1993, the face of the Virgin and Child miraculously imprinted on the glass that covered the icon. The monastery is located on Moskovskaya street, which arose in the early 18th century. In the 19th century this street was the main street in Kiev.

I think that all inhabitants of Ukraine remembered the first day of the war. Missiles and warplanes in the sky, explosions on the ground and in the air, panic in the cities and traffic jams on the roads to the west. I captured one of the moments of that day in this picture.
